Remember, An imprint was left on many a souls, Remember, Uncivilized treatment from years of old, For the many who told the truth, had been broken, Therefore, the truth was treated as an unethical token, Remember, What still remains, is the memories of a sordid past, unspoken, Remember, The imprint was a stain on lives of the many innocent, Remember, The time is now for those who did this, to open your heart to repent it Remember. To whom it may concern, along with all involved, do a rethink in order to get to a resolve. Remember.
I knew this man named Sick, The way he talked and the way he walked, I knew he was slick, He told me he was sharp on his game, I told him truth would be his claim to fame.
Sick said he didn’t have to play by the rules, I told Sick, he could end up in all the wrong schools, Sick said, I am too damn overtly clever, I said Sick, you are headed to that place called never, Sick spoke about all he would do not to get to that place ever.
I told Sick to rethink his thoughts and change his ways, Sick said, why should I? I’ve been doing this all my days, I said, I don’t care what you do, I’m giving you advice, just to help save yourself from you.
Sick just laughed at me and said, listen woman you can’t tell me nothing that’s already embedded in my head, I told Sick, you are so animated, inadequate, ignorant and not well read, For the consequences of your lesser deeds of what you portray are gonna get you busted all upside your head.
I felt in my gut, this would be the last time I would ever see Sick again, Knowing him from childhood and the neighborhood, he had become sin, Moving forward from our conversation that day, I felt a need to pray, For I knew Sick would not live a long life doing things in his way.
My day was done, so I decided to watch the six o’clock news, to my dismay, The news struck my nerve about the conversation I had with Sick that day, The reporter said, a young man was struck down by three bullets to the head, News traveled fast from the neighbors, saying it was someone from our neighborhood, which was called and known as The Shred.
Sitting still I gazed at the television thinking about my premonition, I was hoping it wasn’t the person whom I had envisioned, Sick was the first person who came to my mind. I said, Oh Lord, please no more death at this time.
Following my first mind, I rushed to the hospital to see if it was Sick, The doctor asked me if I could and would identify this man, I said I know this man and yes I can, I told the doctor we all called him Sick but his true birth name was Rick.
The doctor continued with the scenario of what his gunshot wounds were, The doctor also told of Sick’s last words of what the strife Sick had incurred, At this time all the doctors gathered around me, while one told me he held on to his life as long as he could for there was nothing else they could do or would,
Another doctor said, Sick was screaming and shouting for us to save his life, He asked this particular doctor to call the woman who gave him the best advice.
Spinning around in a circle of wind, nimbus clouds and weather of hail
One only knows how dizzying a strong wind can prevail
Be it in the mid of day or be it in the early morning night
One will just continue spinning until they get it right
While the sun rises up spinning light into your eyes
Waking up will relieve from the spinning full of sighs
Seems as though daylight starts to gleam
Just to think this may be only another twirling dream
Circling and twirling, twisting and turning too
Allowing for a chill to gust through the mist and moisture anew
Round and round spinning all tables turning to the wind
Beckoning one’s call out to the spinning of the spinning day’s end
Gazing at a very dark cloud spinning around the house
Recognized as a twister spinning strong and ready to oust
Must get ready to get cover beneath the stairs for the force
Stables bust open get saved by the spinning horse
Bitter holds an institution of motions to blame
Bitter is an ugly truth of hiding in shame
Bitter is a behavior always misunderstood
Bitter leaves one tossing and turning, mostly up to no good
Bitter is the litter of the not so kind
Bitter will leave one lost and hard to find
Better is key to turn one around
Better will melt bitter down to the ground
Better will keep all safe, loved and warm
Better exudes energy to wither any storm
Better feels good, I know you all agree
Better look at the world to see what I see
Do not waste your time on being Bitter
Give most your time to being Better
When two hearts become one in marriage, and until death do one part
When you have a child the responsibility does not set you apart
When you sign your name to legal papers and nothing can change that fact
When you buy a pet let’s say it’s a cat, you will love your cat and that is a pact
When friends become close, you will trust in each other to the max
When people see other people down, they take their energy to pull them out of their frown
When you take God into your heart, you never failed not from the start
Well now that you understand these clues, nothing else could go wrong
Days will be short, nights will be long,
Rest easy now, the power is in you, read these lines that’s all you need to do
If you think these words help in your lives, take them and share them with others who arrive
In doing this you can help someone’s broken soul, fulfill a heart and make it whole………..Commitment
For the woman is of her word, a thinker, she’s a once in a lifetime for a man. He who has truly never experienced a true woman, he will not understand the true meaning of love. Woman held babies in a womb. a one of a kind thing. Woman is not easy come, easy go, she is unforgettable! She will show you more than you know about love affectionately.
Man must be kind to her, all the time, if he wants her to remain with him. She shows him by always letting him know she loves him, her comfort, soothing, warm, mostly gentle ways, softness, dedication, patience and then some.
A woman is worth more to man than money can buy! Make sure you have some, it’s a given. and a privilege!
When you are at home feeling life on the rocks,
One thing to do is to get up and get out the box
Life holds many adventures, try them, in order to get involved
When you try something new most problems will be resolved
Get out your socks, Get out the box
Sometimes one will only procrastinate
Just to find they keep doing the same thing to stagnate
Not to anticipate, always late, unsatisfied with one’s fate
Behavior must change, you are the one in charge
Mend your ways to make life so much more large
Get out your socks, Get out the box
Participate in oneself to make changes in one’s life
Give up the repetitive motions, that keep you feeling strife
This is a all up to you if you want better in all things you do
One should say I will put on my shoes and socks
I will pick up where I left off, move forward and get out the box
